In Dutch Hr.Ms. for Harer Majesteits (Her Majesty's) or Zr.Ms. for Zijner Majesteits (His Majesty's) and then the ship's name without using the word ship.
i.e. Hr.Ms. Evertsen means 'Her Majesty's Evertsen' and not 'Her Majesty's ship Evertsen'.
