Struck from the Naval Register - March 8, 2004.
Final Disposition: sunk as a target - June 16, 2005, during operation "Patrolling Thunder" off the Northwest coast of Kauai, Hawaii by P-3 aircraft of squadrons VP-1, VP-9, VP-46, and VP-47,

with 3 Harpoon missiles, 4 Maverick missiles, and 18 500-lb bombs.
