P150 / V150 HSwMS Jägaren:

HMS Jägaren (V150) was a patrol boat in the Swedish Navy that was reclassified in 1988 from a patrol boat to a vedett boat. The hunter was in service in the Swedish Navy from 24 November 1972 to 7 April 2016.

The boat was built in Norway with the Norwegian Storm-class patrol boats as a model, and was launched on June 8, 1972. During the conversion to a vedett boat, the Bofors 57 mm APJ7101 gun on the foredeck was replaced with an older 40 mm automatic gun, and the the two MTU diesels of 3,600 hp each were replaced with two Cummins diesels of lower power. The maximum speed thus dropped from 35 to 21 knots.

The ship has been in continuous service since 1972, except between the years 2002 and 2008 when she was mothballed. On 7 April 2016, HMS Jägaren was taken out of service, and decommissioned.
