Launched: February 28, 1945

Commissioned: May 15, 1945

Decommissioned: 1970

Fate: Laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet, Mare Island, Vallejo, California.
Struck from the Naval Register, October 15, 1976.
Transferred to the Maritime Administration (MARAD), July 29, 1992, for disposal.
Final Disposition: sold for scrap,  September 8, 1993, for $353,725, to California Imports and Exports and towed Shanghai, China for scrapping. Scrapped.
